About Windsor California

Windsor is the 4th largest town in Sonoma and it is only 63 miles north of San Francisco. The town of Windsor dedicates its name to Hiram Lewis, one of the town settlers , the topography of this town reminded him the countryside of Windsor Castle in England. Windsor became incorporated just recently in 1992. It is a beautiful town covered with oak hills and valleys, vineyards, and the exciting adventures soaring air balloons!!
